The mission of The Central Florida Ballroom Collective is to promote Education, Unity, Service, and Creativity within the LGBTQ+ community and their allies in the Florida Ballroom Scene, aiming to improve social mobility and enhance the quality of life for LGBTQ+ individuals.

To achieve this mission, we offer a range of initiatives. We provide educational workshops covering essential life, financial, and business skills, empowering participants for personal growth and professional development.

Additionally, we facilitate access to networks connecting individuals with valuable resources, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and support to overcome challenges.

Recognizing the importance of financial support, we offer tailored funding for community projects and events, promoting innovation and inclusivity.

At our core is the creation of safe spaces for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to authentically express themselves, celebrate their identities, and build lasting connections.
